Vidal Rectificats is a familiar company founded in 1999. VR has been specialising in ROLL GRINDING & SUPERFINISHING a variety of roll materials. Team members have the experience to be many years time inside roll grinding market. Over these years, we’ve been continuously investing in quality and innovation, with the best machinery and high precision equipment. To remain in present market, actually is necessary excellent work, maximum quality in all our services, efficiency and effectiveness for our clients and to be correct in the delivery. They’re the main reasons that allow us to be ahead of our competitors.
What we do
Nowadays, we’ve 2 CNC roll grinders, with roll grinding capacity from ø100 up to ø2150 x 5400 mm. face length, and weight up to 22 t.
We successfully grind all kind of materials, such as: rubber, PU, composites, woollen paper, steel, chilled cast iron, chrome, tungsten and chrome carbide, ceramics, stainless steel, aluminium, etc.
With our superfinishing technology we’re able to reach roughness values of Ra < 0,05 microns, without grinding wheel marks.
Our complete quality control gives you all data you need. Before and after grinding reports with profile graphs, roughness, hardness, diameter and concentricity.
